Last night we had this and it was awesome! Darren added some red onion into the mix and everyone enjoyed it! Plus those sautéed mushrooms deserve their own episode!!!!!!!

I highly encourage you to be creative with all of these dishes. Make them
with foods that you like. Cheese might be a good add on. Let me know how it
turns out.
