Glad you liked the show. Oregon wines are great. I think you hit the nail right on the head with a good Pinot. You might also like a good Beaujolais.I'd love to hear how it turns out for you. I'm a big fan of plank salmon as well but this recipe keeps it very simple and you never have to worry about the weather ruining your meal.

Hey Darren, Great show with the beer guys....I cant wait to try it up here in the Northwest...I have been a plank salmon guy but I think it's time to try this.....Any suggestions for a good wine with it? I was thinking about a nice Oregon Pinot Noir..

It's been a longggg time but I love your website! I didn't know that you were so into cooking, I wanted to skip college and just go to culinary school or have my own show. Now I want to own a bakery. Anyways, very cool site w/ good recipes I'll have to try out.

Amazing dish that was incredibly simple to make. I was impressed by how quick you threw it together compared to how it actually tasted. This is definitely going to become a go-to dish for me when entertaining guests.
